I have a question about the MMF. I have made it a few times. Everytime I make it and use color it turns out perfect. Now, when I make it and leave it white it seems to stretch more and then I get these kinda like pock marks or little holes but not holes KWIM? It is driving me nuts! Does anyone have any ideas on why it would do this? Is it maybe because when I do it with color I knead it more? Maybe I'm not kneading it enough? I just don't know, it frustrating!! icon_cry.gif

Hmmm I dont believe I've had that happen. Maybe your sugar isn't completely kneaded in and since you knead more to color it, it's onlly a problem with white? Maybe try sifting your conf sugar (if you don't already).
