Quick question.
I am making a stack of books cake this weekend and have a question on the stacking part.

I normally use the plastic plates with the wooden dowels that slide in and don't mess with the cardboard. However, for this cake I am going to make each book on its own board.

So my question is, how many boards do I use for each of the individual cakes (books). I guess I am just concerned that 1 board wont be sturdy enough?

Any good tuturials out there?

Hi Barbara, when I do stacked cakes, I use 3mm harboards. If you can find something like that or similar to it, it'll work great. icon_smile.gif
