I am making a drum set. The bass drum is going to be 12 in round made of rice crispy treats. It will be standing on in its side. I have never made these for cake purposes. Should I have more rice crispies or more marshmallow. I assuming they need to be drier to hold shape, there fore less marshmallow?????

I've always just used the standard recipe, although I've never tried to make something that large. I would probably just use a styro dummy cake for something like that, honestly.
