Hi,

A friend of mine is looking to rent some kitchen space for her new business (it's more pastries than cakes). I have no advice to offer her. She doesn't need a ton of space, but does need an oven and space in a refrigerator (or space for a fridge).

What would be a good starting point for her search?

I saw a post earlier that said someone had rented a kitchen in a church. She could try there?

She may want to try her local senior/community center or clubhouse if they have a kitchen she can rent.

Try an ice cream shop...there is someone here that does that. Also a place like Dream Dinners (place where you can make your own freezer dinners). It never hurts to ask someone if they would open thier kitchen for you.
