Hello there.
I am making cuppies for Sunday and I was wondering can I use my fave Swiss Meringue Icing on top of cupcakes and still make the swirl (w/ 1M tip) decoration on it? Will the swirl hold?
Also, I havent tried coloring my swiss meringue icing ever its so yummy as is)? Has anyone tried coloring it? Did it still hold its shape?

Sorry for all these elementary questions. I havent done cupcakes yet, mostly cakes covered with fondant. I love the Swiss Meringue Icing and always use it to cover and fill my cakes with.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!!!

There are plenty of recipes online for SMBC. Some of them vary a little, but they are basically all the same. Google!
