Strawberries And Cream Filling

Buddy on cake boss always uses a filling with icing or cream or choc. ?? with strawberries. Does anyone know what this is and does anyone have a good recipe to duplicate this. I really just want to try it for my sons birthday.

I don't watch that show, so I'm not sure exactly what he uses, but I'm going to guess it's either pastry cream, Bavarian cream, whipped cream, or zabaglione.

I mix the fruit fillings w/ buttercream al the time, it's delicious!

I think it's chocolate mousse and/or chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries or strawberries.
