Help With Converse Sneaker

I am desperately trying to find a template for a low cut converse sneaker. to make out of fondant/gumpaste. I have been searching this site and others for hours. I found a ton for shoes, but I really need to make a sneaker. Does anyone have one? Thanks.

I believe there is one in the gallery under the template section.
