Hello, All,

I am a vegetarian and im looking for a good recipe for an Eggless Cake. Im ok using any dairy products in, just no eggs. Does anyone know a good recipe for an Eggless Cake.

I just wanted to let you know I have used a powder egg-replacer before and it worked just fine. I'm not sure if you could eat that or not.

When I have made egg less cakes I have followed regular recipes and used a powder as well (the only one I have used is called EnerG egg replacer or something like that). It works well but my cakes bake longer in the oven than if I use eggs.
