Jennifer Dontz has a great recipe for semi homemade chocolate fondant on her DVDs. It's easy to work with and the taste is great.

I like Michelle Foster's fondant - recipe on this site. A lot of others here love marshmallow fondant, also on this site. Both taste really good.
