I saw a pic on here of mini cakes and she said she made them in a can. Does anyone know about this method? I want o make 8 mini cakes for valentines day and I dont not have a mini cake pan. Any suggestions

Bake them in a regular sheet or square pan and cut them out with a cookie cutter.

That's what I did with the mini tiers in my photos. All 5 of the tiers were made from 1, 12x1 layer of cake.
