How long can I store fondant and how? Should I refrigerate or leave it in an air tight box? How about gum paste? How long can I store it for once it is dry? may this are simple questions but I want ot make sure icon_smile.gif

I store my MMF in a double layer of plastic wrap, then an airtight bag. I read you can store it for up to two months or freeze up to six. Gumpaste, I store the same. HTH
