Hi. I'm having talks today about being the preferred vendor for a local city attraction for birthdays and weddings.
Besides a sample, what else should I take?

Business cards for them to keep and hand out, brochures with a stand for them, if you have a contract, might not be bad to take that to review with them, a small photo album of cakes that are similar to what you might make them...... that's all I've got for now
