help i am out of sour cream and yogurt! what else can I sub in the WASC???? In the middle of baking now. icon_cry.gif

buttermilk, milk with some vinegar for the acid... pretty much anything acidic will work.. the acid is what triggers the baking soda.

thank you thank you! I found online to use 1 cup of milk and 1 tbsp of lemon juice as well. of course this is the first time I am trying this recipe, lol.
