I'm new to fondant, this is my 2nd attempt at using it. I'm using ready made fondant. Today I made some flowers and after I went to check on them, some had fine cracks and it was so dry looking. The colour very dull.
I just read that you can add glycerin to ready made fondant to keep it softer on the inside but harders on the onside.
How much should I add? Will this solve my problem.
I notice everyone figures look so vivid with colour and not cracks.
Help please! How do I keep my fondant looking good.
