I have an anniversary/valentine's day cake to make. I have decided that I want to do a 5 tier.
Top Tier - Black 4x4x4 square
2nd Tier - White 6x2 round
3rd Tier - Red 8x8x4 square
4th Tier - White 12x2 round
5th Tier - Black 12x12x4 square

I am goin to do the 2nd & 4th tiers as pleats.

My question is what do I do to decorate the top, 3rd, 5th tiers??

I am not good at piping! So if you can think of something to help me that would be GREAT!!!

you could buy a pretty stencil and use that with bc icon_smile.gif

YOu also can use a lace mould. White ones to go on the black one and the black ones to go on the red one. icon_smile.gif
