Do You Find It Cheaper To Make Fondant?

It costs me about $6 to make 3.5 lbs of fondant ( I make MFF), which for me is about 75% cheaper than if I were to buy the same amount online. So for me, it's a no-brainer. Sometimes I wish I could buy it though, espedially when I have to make dark colors like black or red!
