I'm doing a cake for superbowl sunday and I'm wondering how to go about achieving the goldish color used in the Saints logo. I've got gold luster dust, but what color should I tint the fondant?

Thanks!

I find that the gold luster dust shows up and looks best on brown!

They have gold gel paste and airbrush colors available at americolor, but if you want to make your own try using alot of yellow, some red and a tiny bit of black gel to make gold color. If you have pearl airbrush spray you can airbrush and give it a more metalic look. Good luck

I much prefer the old gold luster dust from CK to the wilton gold. The wilton barely shows up. I think the old gold would also match the saints logo better.
