Hi everyone!

My 1 year wedding anniversary is this Saturday and I'm having a dinner party at a restaurant with family and close friends- so far almost 30 people.

I want to make a cake. Not just any cake. A fantabulous cake!
So..I'm asking all of you for your help.

Here's what I want to incorporate:

Color: Teal
Style: Modern
Theme: perhaps semi- tropical

I need ideas!!

How would I incorporate "tropical" in there?

Instead of Polka dots, make rows of a school of small fish, each row swimming in an opposite direction, face to tail

What about something like this? I saw a similar cake on the knot or wedding wire (can't remember which) and it is the first thing I thought of.

However, your idea about the tropical flower on the cake I posted was the same thing I was thinking...perhaps a yellow and white flower...?
