Where can you buy those heavy thick cake drums I see in all the pictures to hold larger cakes? I tried to buy foam core ( I think that is what it's called) at AC Moore and it made a huge mess when I had to cut it. What are cake drums made out of and how do you get the shapes you want? Thanks!
