I need to make a figure of Eebee, which is pictured below. I'm thinking of doing the body and head from rice krispie treats, covered in fondant, but I'm not sure how to do the hair spikes. Any suggestions?

I ended up rolling out some fondant, and sticking a lollipop stick into it and using that to stick into the head. Thanks for the help!
