ok I am looking for any advise as to how to generate more customers/buissness.been out of the loop for a wlile and want to be back in it. i have my cards around but short of placing an add in the local shoppe I don't know any good tacticts or places to maybe give away some freebies?
The best place I have found is...THE LIBRARY... 
I know it sounds crazy, but the library hosts all kinds of events and parties and book readings. When they have an event. I DONATE a cake to them along with business cards. They were getting their cakes from Kroger who charged them. I told them I would do it for free and presto.. instant business..all those mommy's wanting their little darlings to have a better cake than their friends. I was amazed at how competitive moms can be on that ! But good for me !!
