I'm looking for a scratch white (non-WASC) cake recipe and am going nuts looking for one in the recipes section. I want to be able to carve and stack the cake too.

I personally prefer the Rebecca Rather White-on-White buttermilk cake, it's to DIE for! It is my go-to white cake and I have several friends who've stated it's the best cake they've ever eaten. ![]()
