Help With Bumble Bee Transformer Cake

what is the budget for this cake? Are you good at gumpaste figures? buttercream transfers? I vaguely recognize the transformers theme. (I have nephews) I would think black and yellow colors on the cake, black and yellow ribbon......and perhaps then either a gumpaste model on top of the bumble bee character, or a pic of his face in buttercream on the cake. Icing the whole cake in that bright yellow, and then using black trim icing would look very festive as well.
what kind of cake is the client wanting a tiered cake or a sheet cake? I have done a bumblebee transformers sheet cake it is fondant rolled out thin and I just painted the image on with food coloring. the cake is in my photos MMEX
