Edible Pearls - How Long Do They Keep For????

Hiya I just have a quick question about this, if I make pearls from fondant how long will they keep for?? Is it best in an airtight tub??

I've made them days in advance before, and if you need them to be pliable then yes, you do need to put them in an airtight container. I put mine under plastic and then in tupperware just to be sure!

Ok, what if I was to store them until I needed them, would they keep for 1 month say??

fondant keeps for ages, so i wouldnt worry too much! just check ur use by dates. the longer they sit out, the drier they will get, but they will be edible.

I have pearls that are completely dry that I have used after months!

i have also made balls out of fondant, and used them on a cake more than two months after, Hard yes, but not bad.
