What is ur regular cupcake cost? Just a little bitmore than that. Although do work out the extra cost of more bc, food dye etc, and the extra time it takes to do.
Although, saying that, unless u have the ok from the copyright holder, u can't technically sell the elmo image.

I've made them a few times, and they are more work than you would think... be sure to charge enough for your time spent
