I am wanting to research just what it would take to open a bakery in the state of Oklahoma. Are there any CC'rs out there in Oklahoma that could help me or point me in the right direction?

i'm in muskogee...all the counties are different...but you must have a separate commercial kitchen.


call the health dept. in your county, that would be a good start.

kandyc10 - where in OK are you? I'm in Choctaw and am thinking of renting a commercial kitchen - starting to look into all the info myself!
