Hi all I need to find a good/yummy sugar free cake and icing recipe...I have used one that I found on the splenda website, but honestly don't like the turn-out or the taste...although I am partial I HATE splenda...I have a client that needs a SF birthday cake, doesn't really matter if chocolate or vanilla...she isn't picky...just needs to be sugar free...I also used a cream cheese based icing before, and not thrilled with that either...if anyone has any recipes they used, or a suggestion to a website..I would be EXTREMELY grateful! Thanks, for your time, and helping!

I would like to find a cake and icing recipe myself. The last two I tried were terrible. The cake didnt rise hardly at all and the icing was yuk!

Thanks Leah..I can't wait to try this one. I wonder how it would taste to sub Grand Marnier for the Vermouth? I add Grand Marnier to my Bavarian Cream and it is YUM.
