Using The Big Marshmallows

HI! Does anyone know the amounts to use if you have BIG marshmallows for the mmf? I have two bags and I really don't see why I can't but I just need to know the amounts. TIF!
16 oz. is 16 oz no matter whether they are large or small. I use large all the time, but have a digital food scale that makes it easy to measure them out. If you can only find 10oz. bags, 'eyeballing' a bit more than half of the second bag will do no harm. If you worry that you threw in too many, add about a tablespoon extra of water while it is melting.
Those giant marshmallows are a lot firmer than regular marshmallows. Perhaps you may need to add more liquid. Also, they cost about twice as much as regular marshmallows, but if you already have them an aren't using them for anything else....
I found a website earlier today that has ideas to use the giant marshmallows. I posted the link here:
