I just stumbled on a set of videos by Norm Davis and Zane of the Sweet Life on Monkey See. They are wonderful. They show how to decorate with fondant including making a cute panda and an awesome tiered black and white cake with simple flowers that. He also shows how to use silicon molds, make a bow, swags, and a few other things. He gives wonderful tips on how to use a silicon bead mold as well.

I hope its helpful to someone else. I can't wait to make a cake like the black and white cake he shows.
