After making the NFSC recipe I found it was way too crumbly. If I ever make this recipe again I'll probably add less flour, but is there any way to fix this dough so I don't have to throw it away?
Thanks!

i had this with shortbread, juzt added a bit of milk to hold it together, although it was a very crumbly (and tasty!) biscuit in the end.

did you beat it really well? until the dough comes together into a ball in the mixer?

I just made a batch the other day that seemed a little dry -- I added 1 t of half and half and it worked fine. I just dropped it over the dough and kneaded it in. So, try adding some liquid, a little bit at a time.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will definitely try adding more liquid.
