I've been asked to do a Celtic themed sweet 16 cake and my mind has drawn a complete blank 
. Can anyone offer up any ideas.... the mother would like for me to incorporate a Celtic knot in some regard. Thanks so much!

Have you entered celtic cakes in our search there are quiet a few that come up.

GSA has some nice celtic knot cutters. Some are hard to use though, I bought several for a Celtic cake I did for a competition last year and had a hard time using some, ended up just using the smaller ones. You can check it out if you want, might at least give a few ideas.
