Hi guys

I bought a whole bunch of coloured sugar last year when I was in ontario ( I dont have a bulk barn lol)

Nowm How do I know if its sanding sugar? It looks bugger then regular sugar.

The granules should be bigger than regular white granulated sugar, they will appear more "sparkly" because they reflect more light AND they shouldn't break down/dissolve when subjected to heat/baking.
