My friend wants a "healthy" cake for her son's first birthday. Arghh. Anyway. She would like whipped cream frosting, and that's fine, but how do I decorate that? I'm hitting a brick wall here....

Make him a separate cake covered in whipped cream. Make your own from heavy whipping cream and add some meringue powder to make it more stable. You could use your star tip to pipe stars all over it. It'll be fine. Good luck thumbs_up.gif
