The only thing I could find was this link to a fleur de lis pan:

Do you have a Kinkos or office supply place with a copier that makes enlargements? Print off a picture of a fleur de lis, enlarge it on the copier, cut it out and use it as a template.
If it doesn't have to be bigger than what your printer can produce, just enlarge it on your computer and print out your template.
