I just purchased edible printer and setting it up just received my order today edible ink cartridge but I'm having problems with its, not recognize the big black one. Any suggestions.

Reseat the cartridge. Also, try scraping the chip, there may be some residue on there from the factory. Yes you can scrape the chip!

Hi Debbie,

I figured it out the the ink cartridge does not have a chip on it. So now what can I do. All the other one have it.
