So what brand of fondant do you use?
I went from wilton to satin ice - but satin ice seems really soft so I mix 2/3 satin ice and 1/3 wilton. Anyone have a better suggestion. Thanks

I make my own. It taste much better than the store bought stuff. I use MMF (Marchmallow FOndant). My customers like it alot.
