Need Smooth Buttercream Recipe For Wedding
Baking By Andreas_Cakes1 Updated 6 May 2010 , 8:23pm by prterrell
I'm making my cousins wedding cake and I will be piping on a few layers. I have decorated a bit in the past but I have yet to find a good buttercream that pipes on well and doesn't clump. I've also noticed that after a while it gets really heard and crumbles off. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for the help!

That's exactly what I was going to tell you, As a matter of fact all of her dvd's are good for learning new skills.

Thank you! For your help ladies! I've purchased the dvd, the wedding is still coming up so I will post a pic of the cake...it's my first wedding cake, to see how I did with the buttercream. Thanks for the help!

One of the best I've tried recently...Edna Cruz has a great one too; but I couldn't locate the link just now (all my 'tried& true' recipes are printed for easy access![]()
Indydebi's recipe is great, as well.
