you may want to check a couple other web-sites for that recipe. like allrecipes.com or cooks.com are a couple of good ones

Pancake mix for cornbread? Never heard of it that way. My family always makes it from scratch but there is no recipe so I can't help you there. It's made different each time depending on who's making it.

Check recipezaar.com There are tons of recipes on this site and there is a rating system with reviews.

No pancake mix involved- but it is very easy and makes a great bread!

Pancake Mix Cornbread

1 1/4 c. Bisquick or pancake mix

3/4 c. yellow cornmeal

1 egg

4 Tbsp. melted butter

4 Tbsp. sugar

2/3 c. whole milk

1/2 tsp. salt
