I have a batch of this icing in the fridge. Been there since the first of Dec. How long does this last? I need to make cupcakes for my nephews b-day and I was wondering if it was still good or if I need to make another batch.

I would make another batch. I actually keep my buttercream dream at room temperature for 2-3 weeks. And then if I haven't used it all, I get rid of it.
