I'm sure I found this cake here at CC but I am unable to find it again. Does anyone know how to do this technique? Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated.

It is from this site. This is a cake done by Atkovic. It was an entry into the 2009 Romantic Cakes contest. It is a beautiful cake! You may try to PM Atkovic for the details. HTH!
