Where can I buy, or does anyone have a reciepe for "modeling chocolat"?

I asked the question the other day if you can sub chocolate chips and the answer was yep!!! but another posted about candy melts and someone thought that they would not work well for modeling chocolate

I use Michele Foster's (Sugarflowers is her username) recipe called Chocolate Leather. (Chocolate leather is just another name for the same thing.) There are some pics of cakes in my photos using it. I've had such inconsistent results using Wilton's Candy Melts to make it that I've switched almost entirely to using chocolate bark from the grocery store.

The wilton candy melts were very disappointing. I would like to try the leather.
