Has there been a thread to compare red velvet cake recipes? I thought there was but can't seem to find it. I learned alot with the yellow cake comparisons, thought there was a chocolate one started, too.
I'm looking for the Cake Man's recipe, heard it was the best.

Did you try doing a search for Cakeman then check out the recipes the he's posted? OR search red velvet in recipes and see if it's there. Seems to me I've seen it too. The red velvet comparison might have been in a thread about what kind of icing goes with rv. ((( I still say cream cheese)) hee hee
