Hi, can anyone tell me the best way to cover a number 2 cake in fondant? I'm not sure how to get inside the curve and keep it looking neat.

The easiest way that I can say is to roll a long length of fondant and cover the sides of the cake and then cover the top seperatly and then smooth the join around the edge until it is almost invisible.
Someone else might have a better and easier way.

Bashini, would this also work for a number 2 like the picture attached?

Yes, its the same method. You need to roll out the fondant quite big and do the curves and corners first. icon_smile.gif
