We had a documentary crew filming in the store in October, and they just finished the final cut. The whole thing ( which is only about 15 minutes) will be shown on the local PBS station on the " Our State" program...but they did this little clip for our website which we are redoing..
I am really happy. I think it turned out great.

So what ranks as a gelato shop? We have 2 here...one not very good one, but I saw that you said you guys were the only ones between Miami and New York. I haven't has good gelato since I lived in California. I would die for some good gelato.

That is indeed my better half, who is, in fact Dr. Snarks, who likes wood and stone...A LOT. Whenever we go to the home shows etc. he picks up all the little sample charts of the various wood finishes and stone lots. So we have a 12.5 ft tall, 27 foot long Mahogony and Bianco Romano counter in the store. Bianco Romano is a granite that looks like heavy grained white marble. It really is quite pretty when we keep it uncluttered.

I absolutely adore Italian gelato. I ate my weight practically of it in Italy. I was drooling on my keyboard admiring all of your desserts.
