a purchased banana creme filling from a local cake decorating supply store and I was wondering how long will it keep before going bad. I really need to know ASAP as they are picking up the cake tomorrow and they want banana filling.

If it was not refrigerated at the shop you got it from, you should be perfectly fine. If it was, I would tell them to keep the cake in the frig.

Yes, it was in a sleeve and no it was not in a fridge or freezer prior to purchasing, thank you both for your quick response icon_smile.gif

you can leave it out , MAKE SURE prior from experince to put an extra broader of frosting so the CAKE wont slide after you start decorating it ,
