I have been looking high and low for somewhere to start my business. And I think I FINALLY found it!
I found out that edmonton holds a MONTHLY craft show.
Now once I get the information I need. Im going to kick into high gear and be in there for valentines day!!!

well as soon as my city gets back to me (ya they say great place for small business yet no one know anything, Ive been transfered 6 times and left numerous messages) I will be focusing on cupcakes, cake truffles, and cookies! And yes lots of samples!
ps I also found out that there is not one NOT ONE baker in this show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yippee!!!

So I just found out that for craft shows I would need a seprate facility to bake and store everything. And I dont have the money for that!
Im going to call around to some halls and see about that but other then that, its not going to happen 
Oh, you must be soo disappointed, don't throw in the towel yet - look around more - what about a church kitchen or something similar? So many of us can't start a biz w/o a commercial kitchen and can't get our home kitchen certified, but there may be other options. Keep looking!
Im going to try, I think the main problem is the price..... In the end I need to make some money or atleast break even!
Also its the storing my ingrediants there..... but Im still looking!
