Best Way To Make A Football Helmet?

Hi all,

I was hoping for some guidance on a football helmet. I need to make a Chicago Bears logo football helmet to serve 15. I have the ball pan, but I think that would look too small. Is there a better pan or way to bake a cake to carve into a helmet?
