Cake For The Christmas Ball

I have been asked to make a cake for the christmas Ball which is themed as the Jingle Bell Ball, where in the christmas ornament is the main theme. I would like to incorporate the ornament along with some other theme for the christmas cake, but dont know what. Can someone please help. All ideas are welcome. thanks

Jingle bells always makes me think of a sleigh. Maybe a sleigh with one ornament in it or filled with many of the ornaments?
