I made the NFSC dough last week on Tuesday and forgot to put it in the freezer and stuck it in the frige instead. Is it still good to bake today or is it better to make a new batch?

I had this problem last night with another cookie dough. I had mixed some peanut butter dough up last Sunday and last night I realised I hadn't finished baking them. I ended up tossing it since it had been a week and I don't usually eat anything that has been in the fridge that long mixed up.
