Need A Melt In Your Mouth Buttery Shortbread Cookie Recipe

I have one...It's not shortbread perse and you can probably roll it out to cut out because it is a soft dough...But it melts in your mouth like shortbread..I make them every year and add a cut piece of red and green cherry on top...
Melting Moments
Butter (Not Margarine) 1 cup softened 250 ml
Icing Sugar (Confectioners) 1/3 cup 75 ml
Vanilla 1 tsp 5 ml
All Purpose flour 1-1/2 cups 375 ml
Cornstarch 1/2 cup 125 ml
Mix together well.Knead to form a ball of dough.Pinch off small pieces of dough.Place on ungreased cookie sheet.If you prefer,roll into 1 inch balls.Press with a fork or glass.Bake at 325 F oven for 12 -15 minutes.Makes 5 dozen.

Just wanted to you know that I made these last month-- and they really did melt in my mouth! Heavenly! I had to drizzle a couple with nutella! WOW! Thank you so much for sharing!
